- Production Operations: Manage daily assembly linesincluding cell sorting, welding, module stacking, and Battery Management System (BMS) integration—to meet output goals.
- Safety & Environment: Enforce hazardous material protocols, thermal management safety rules, proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and electrostatic discharge (ESD) controls on the shop floor.
- SOP & Documentation: Create, update, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for assembly and testing stations.
- Automation & Maintenance: Partner with controls and robotics teams to program, tune, and maintain automated machinery, PLC systems, and machine-vision inspection tools.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with R&D;, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance teams to support Recent Product Development (NPD) and smooth line launches.
