Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategically driven qualified to work directly with the Managing Director in driving business transformation, change management, strategic planning and business turnaround initiatives.

The candidate should possess strong business acumen, financial understanding and the ability to analyze business performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement strategic initiatives to enhance overall profitability and operational efficiency. Have worked in turnaround activities/ change management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Business Transformation & Turnaround

- Identify business improvement opportunities and develop strategies for revenue growth, cost optimization and profitability enhancement.
- Drive business transformation, process improvement and organizational change initiatives.
- Evaluate existing business models and recommend strategies for sustainable growth.

2. Business Strategy & Planning

- Assist the MD in formulating and implementing short-term and long-term business strategies.
- Conduct business performance analysis, market research, competitor benchmarking and financial evaluations.
- Develop strategic business plans, financial models and recommendations for management decisions.

3. Change Management & Execution

- Drive cross-functional change management initiatives to improve business effectiveness.
- Coordinate with departmental heads to implement strategic transformation projects.
- Track project milestones, measure outcomes and ensure successful execution of management initiatives.

4. Business Analytics & Financial Performance

- Analyze P&L;, revenue, margins, operational costs and profitability to identify performance gaps.
- Prepare business dashboards, management MIS, strategic presentations and analytical reports.
- Recommend data-driven solutions for operational efficiency and financial improvement.

5. MD's Office Strategic Initiatives





- Work closely with the Managing Director on high-priority business and organizational initiatives.
- Support strategic decision-making through detailed business analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with senior leadership to monitor business performance and implementation of strategic decisions.

- Good understanding of business transformation, turnaround strategies and change management.
- Strong financial acumen, business modelling and profitability analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, including management presentations.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA / PGDM in Business Management, Strategic Management or a related specialization.( B.E/BTech + MBA from good business schools- (IIM/MDI (Gurgaon)/ Jamnalal Bajaj/ Symbiosis/ IMT Ghaziabad)
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in business transformation, corporate strategy, management consulting or strategic project management.
- Hands-on exposure to business performance improvement, cost optimization or organizational change initiatives.
- Strong commercial orientation with the ability to convert analytical insights into executable business solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior management.
