Role Purpose

The Quality Technician is responsible for carrying out Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), sorting,

packing, and quality verification activities for spark plugs as per customer requirements while

ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Unpack bins containing received spark plugs and prepare materials for inspection.
- Perform complete Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of spark plugs as per customer specifications and

delivery requirements.

- Identify, segregate, and report defective or non-conforming products.
- Repack inspected materials into bins as per defined packing standards.
- Record inspection findings accurately and maintain quality-related documentation.
- Prepare and share daily PDI and inspection reports with stakeholders.
- Provide sorting and containment support at customer locations whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures.




- Maintain housekeeping and proper handling of materials within the work area.
- Support additional quality and operational activities assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) is mandatory. Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Production, or

Quality-related fields will be an added advantage.

Experience

1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Quality Inspection, PDI, Sorting, Manufacturing Quality, or

Automotive Components. Freshers are not eligible for this position.
