Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with robust exposure to Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring to support recruitment for top MNC clients. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end IT recruitment and work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions on a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) basis.
- • Work on requirements from top MNC clients across multiple IT technologies.
- • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals.
- • Screen, shortlist, and submit suitable profiles to clients and hiring managers.
- • Coordinate interviews and manage feedback cycles.
- • Manage offers rollout, negotiation, onboarding, and joining closures. • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and pipeline reports. • Ensure adherence to defined hiring TATs and client SLAs.
