Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide career guidance to students on various educational programs, including course selection, university options, and application procedures.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients (students) to promote educational services and products.
- Utilize CRM software to track student interactions, progress, and feedback throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 0.3-4 years of experience in B2C sales or related field (e.g., education/training).
- Solid understanding of edtech/educational services industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills for effective cold calling and relationship-building with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management and data analysis.
