In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams, onsite staff, and external vendors to maintain accurate records and support technology-related projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist IT and other departments with auditing, inventorying, and cataloguing technology assets across the organization.
- Collaborate with IT, Accounts Payable, corporate departments, and onsite operational staff.
- Retrieve and organize invoices and records from various sources.
- Coordinate with employees and vendors to obtain required information and documentation.
- Conduct audits and maintain accurate asset records and databases.
- Support additional projects as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative support or a related role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Professional and polished approach.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Enthusiasm, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
