Role & responsibilities

1. Develop architectural concepts, designs, and layouts based on project requirements.

2. Prepare and review architectural plans, sections, elevations, and detailed working drawings.

3. Translate design concepts into practical and technically detailed architectural solutions.

4. Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure design integration.

5. Review drawings and incorporate comments from clients, consultants, management, and project teams.

6. Conduct drawing reviews to identify design discrepancies, coordination issues, and technical errors.

7. Ensure architectural drawings comply with project standards, design intent, and applicable building regulations.

8. Assist in the preparation of design presentations, material selections, and project documentation.

9. Coordinate with site and execution teams to resolve architectural and drawing-related queries.

10. Provide technical support during project execution and assist in resolving site-related design issues.

11. Maintain proper documentation, drawing revisions, and project records.
