Material Receipt & Inspection: Inspect incoming bulk materials (cement, steel, aggregates), heavy machinery parts, and specialized engineering equipment against purchase orders (POs) and delivery challans for quantity and damage.

- Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of inward and outward stock using ERP or SAP MM modules.
- Storage & Stacking: Implement systematic yard management, ensuring proper stacking, tagging, and climate/weather protection for sensitive or perishable construction supplies.
- Material Issuance: Issue construction materials and engineering spares exclusively against approved requisitions and indents, applying FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods.
- Reconciliation & Reporting: Conduct routine physical stock verification and generate daily/monthly consumption, surplus, and discrepancy reports.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety rules (EHS/5S standards), proper PPE usage, and secure handling protocols within the warehouse and open stockyards.
