1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
2. Must have hands-on experience in Customer Service operations.
3. Must have knowledge of handling Hazardous (HAZ) cargo shipments and related documentation.
4. Good knowledge of import/export procedures, shipment coordination, and customer communication.
5. Ability to coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and internal teams.
6. Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
8. Candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple shipments simultaneously.
