Exp: Min 6 to 8 Years exp into Finance profile

Salary Range - 70 to 80K Gross Salary Per Month

Qualification - MBA Finance

Working Days - 6 Days working , 2nd & 4th Saturday Off & Sunday Off

Working Time - 9.30 AM to 6 PM

Role & responsibilities:

Sr. Managers - Finance

1. Collection Performance: Achieve collection targets, monitor outstanding funds, and minimize defaults.

2. Strategic Execution: Implement collection strategies and SOPs across projects and teams.

3. Delayed Fund Recovery: Handle critical and high-value recovery cases and guide teams for

resolution.

4. Availability Management: Ensure effective management of hold, booking, and release across all platforms.

5. Customer & Associate Service: Handle escalations and ensure effective communication and resolution.

Relationship Management: Maintain robust relationships with customers, associates, banks, and internal teams.

7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal policies.

8. Reporting & Analysis: Review reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.

9. Process Improvement: Drive improvements in collection and documentation processes .

10. Home Loan Compliance Supervision & Monitoring:

Ensure all applicable home loan files are routed through designated connector codes.

Monitor Manager-level verification reports, review actual login data, identify deviations, and

ensure corrective actions are implemented across all teams/projects.

11. Team Management: Lead managers and teams, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.

12. Training & Development: Train teams on collections, compliance, and systems.

13. Additional Responsibility: Oversee IT-related aspects relevant to the role.

14. Management Assignment: Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by seniors.
