About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, primarily for Insurance Sales positions, and ensuring timely closure of open positions across different business verticals.

This role is ideal for freshers or early-career HR professionals interested in recruitment, candidate engagement, and building a strong sales workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Insurance Sales positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from respective HODs and Reporting Managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Shortlist candidates based on experience, communication skills, sales aptitude, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure proper documentation and completion of pre-joining formalities.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth joining and onboarding.
- Maintain daily recruitment MIS and provide regular updates on open positions, sourcing, interviews, selections, and joining status.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring Insurance Sales requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to identify suitable candidates for sales roles.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and timelines.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR tools.
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment are welcome.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in sales or insurance hiring, will be preferred.
