This role is based at Mumbai and reports into the Property Manager

Responsibilities





- Ensure overall maintenance and management of the site including infrastructure, common assets and services including security, housekeeping, DG set, UPS, HVAC system, lifts, building management system, hydro pneumatic system, STP, WTP, gardens etc.
- Interact and co-ordinate with client representatives.
- Crisis management.
- Identify avenues for cost control and implement the same.
- Lead a team of Housekeeping / Guest Relations/ Helpdesk/Technical Team and other site personnel and allocate shifts (wherever applicable).
- Co-ordinate and control vendor personnel.
- Selection, induction and training of current recruits at the site.
- Maintenance of site records and funds management.
- Submit site reports on a weekly basis to the Core Team.
- Adhere to policies and procedures applicable to the FM function.
- Responsible for Managing Site Profitability.
