We are hiring experienced BIM Modellers for the following disciplines:

1. BIM Modeller Architectural

- Experience: 4+ Years
- Skills: Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, architectural modelling, construction drawings, and BIM coordination.

2. BIM Modeller Electrical & ELV

- Experience: 4+ Years
- Skills: Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, lighting and power systems, cable trays, CCTV, fire alarm, access control, and ELV coordination.

3. BIM Modeller Mechanical

- Experience: 4+ Years
- Skills: Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HVAC, ducting, piping, mechanical services modelling, and clash detection.

Key Responsibilities





- Develop accurate 3D BIM models and coordinated shop drawings.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and BIM standards.
