Position: Manager Credit Control

Location - Andheri East , Opposite Gundavali Metro Station

Responsibilities:

- Ensure reviewing financial documents such as Trading Account, P&L; statements, Balance Sheet etc. before approving credit limit to customers.
- Ensure monitoring of customer onboarding process in app . Ensure new customers are created on timely basis after properly reviewing of customers documents received through app.
- Periodically preparing outstanding reports from SAP system, providing the same to Business Heads (BH) and Regional Managers (RM) for getting monthly collection plan. Review the collection versus actual received on weekly basis with BH and RM. Follow-up with BH/RM/Territory Managers for old outstanding >180 days.
- Periodically preparing customer analysis reports like sales, collection, DSO, MTD & YTD comparison etc. and providing the same to BH
- Ensure maintaining correct customer master in SAP.
- Timely apply to Insurance company for Credit Limit requests more than the prescribed limit.




- Periodically filing insurance claim in cases where customers are not paying due outstanding as per terms provided in insurance policy.
- Provide requisite support/details to legal team for filing legal cases against a defaulter customer.
- Continuous co-ordination with sales team, SAP team and others for resolving their queries, if any.
- Provide requisite support/document to audit team for smooth completion of various audits.

Skills and Abilities:

- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Work effectively with CRC team, Sales team, Finance team and Other cross functional team
- Very positive experience in MS Excel ,Vlookup, Pivot Table, IPowerPoint and Automation.
- Must have S4 HANA knowledge of FI Module

Education Background:

B. Com with 10+ years of experience preferably in Agrochemical Company
