Manager Operations (US Healthcare | AR / RCM)

Location: Chennai
Shift: US Night Shift
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- 8-12 years in US Healthcare AR / RCM
- 3+ years as Assistant Manager, OR currently a Manager Operations
- Team handling experience (Team Leaders and 80+ associates)
- Denial management and AR follow-up expertise (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers)
- Client handling: MBR/QBR, escalations, reporting

About the Role

Lead our US Healthcare AR / RCM delivery. Own team performance, client outcomes and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive AR days reduction, collections and denial recovery
- Own KPIs: productivity, quality, TAT, SLA
- Analyze aging and denial trends; implement corrective actions
- Manage hiring, training, attrition and performance reviews
- Ensure HIPAA compliance

Education: Any graduate
