To manage the complete quantity surveying and commercial activities of civil construction projects, ensuring accurate quantity estimation, cost control, contract administration, measurement, billing, and timely financial reporting while maintaining project budgets and quality requirement.

Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Certification in Quantity Surveying / Contract Management is an added advantage.

Experience

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience in building construction, villas, infrastructure, hospitality,



film-set construction or large-scale projects are preferred.
- Solid experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, rate analysis, variation and cost control.

Knowledge and Skills

- AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant IS codes, CPWD/standard specifications and construction practices.
