Responsibilities

- Ensure high-quality fabrication of electrical panel enclosures and components.
- Support on-time production and customer delivery commitments.
- Minimize welding defects, rework, and material wastage.
- Improve fabrication productivity and operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.




- Contribute to overall manufacturing excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- ITI (Welder/Fitter/Sheet Metal Worker) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding operations.
- Hands-on experience in MIG, TIG, and Spot Welding processes.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
- Experience in manufacturing environments.
- Experience in Electrical Panel Enclosure Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of stainless steel, CRCA, GI, and MS sheet welding.
- Exposure to quality inspection practices.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
