Key Responsibilities

- Amazon Advertising Campaign Management - Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Analyze campaign performance, including ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions, and sales.
- Recommend strategies to improve advertising efficiency, campaign performance, and return on investment.
- Monitor budgets, keyword bids, search terms, and campaign pacing.
- Consulting Client Support - Understand client business goals and recommend suitable advertising strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve campaign results.
- Review campaign performance reports and conduct periodic performance discussions.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- SME Team Support - Act as the subject matter expert for Amazon Ads processes, tools, and best practices.
- Support associates with complex campaign issues, troubleshooting, and escalations.
- Conduct training sessions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and process refreshers.
- Monitor team quality, productivity, and adherence to campaign management guidelines.
- Support new team members during onboarding and process transitions.
- Reporting Performance Improvement - Prepare campaign performance reports and periodic business reviews.
- Identify trends, growth opportunities, and underperforming campaigns.
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and campaign optimization guidelines.
- Work with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills Competencies

- Robust understanding of Amazon Advertising Console and campaign management.
- Knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to interpret advertising metrics and translate data into business recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation,



and consulting skills.
- Ability to handle escalations, coach team members, and manage multiple priorities.
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications / Experience

- Any graduate; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in Amazon Ads, e-commerce advertising, campaign management, or digital marketing.
- Prior experience in an SME, campaign optimization, client consulting, or team-support role is preferred.
- Amazon Ads certification is an added advantage.
