Job Title: Customer Service Executive Forex Cash Delivery

Job Overview:
Responsible for delivering foreign currency cash to customers at their doorsteps in Bangalore, ensuring secure transactions, proper documentation, and compliance with KYC and RBI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver forex cash orders to customers within scheduled timelines.
- Verify customer identity and documents, including passport, PAN, and travel documents.
- Handle cash securely and ensure accurate transactions.
- Coordinate with the Niyo app/backend team for delivery updates and order tracking.
- Assist customers with basic queries related to forex delivery and transactions.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
- 0–5 years of experience in delivery, logistics, cash handling, or customer service.
- Basic communication skills and familiarity with digital apps.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving licence.
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore; delivery expenses borne by the company.
- Background, CIBIL, and police verification required.
- Knowledge of KYC/AML procedures is an advantage.
