Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiters / IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in recruitment, good communication skills, and the ability to identify and engage suitable candidates for various IT and non-IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams/clients.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate and coordinate offers with selected candidates.
- Maintain proper documentation and recruitment records.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Stay updated with current recruitment trends and sourcing techniques.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
- Ability to work with recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment can apply.
- Candidates with 1-3 years of recruitment experience are preferred.
