Candidate must be from BTech (CS/IT), MCA, MBA 3-5 years of proven experience in Domestic business development. Candidates must be from a staff augmentation (primarily domestic), IT services background, Web Mobile app solution development services.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking with a strategic outreach process.
- Strong understanding of lead generation processes and CRM tools
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
- Ownership of tasks and work assigned
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the team targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, meeting setup, and closure
- Basic understanding of compelling presentations and proposals to clients
- Collaborate with internal data research and RM to run automated campaigns
- Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
