Qualifications: CA / CFA / MBA Finance
Key Focus Areas:
- Heavy focus on PPA (ASC 805 / IFRS 3)
- Goodwill & Asset Impairment Testing (ASC 350/360 / IAS 36)
- 409A / Stock Option Valuations & OPM (ASC 718 / IFRS 9)
- Audit reviews of 3rd-party valuation reports & onshore stakeholder management
