Role Overview

Gronsol is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive in Surat to expand our presence across Bihar. You will represent our Make-in-India on-grid and hybrid solar inverters , connect with local EPCs, and support sales operations in the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads from EPCs, solar dealers, and installers
- Present product features, technical advantages, and pricing
- Build long-term relationships with clients and handle post-sale queries




- Achieve monthly targets and provide regular sales reporting
- Travel across Bihar for client meetings and market development

Qualifications

MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development

- 1 3 years of experience in field sales (solar/electrical preferred)
- Excellent communication in Hindi and local dialects
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and on the move
