Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AS400 Lead Developer to lead development, enhancement, and support activities for IBM AS400/iSeries applications.

Responsibilities

- Lead AS400/iSeries development and support projects.
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using RPG, RPGLE, CL, and SQL.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business users, and stakeholders.
- Support production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in system integration, deployment, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure coding standards are followed.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications

- Experience: 6+ Years




- Strong experience in IBM AS400 / iSeries environment.
- Hands-on experience in RPG, RPGLE, CLP, DB2/400, and SQL.
- Experience in application development, maintenance, and support projects.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and leadership abilities.
