- Generate qualified leads through online research, networking, and professional platforms.
- Identify and approach potential clients in need of software testing and QA services.
- Conduct client meetings (in-person and virtual) to present Testriqs offerings and value proposition.
- Understand client pain points related to software quality, performance, and testing needs, and suggest suitable service solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical/QA team to prepare customized proposals and quotations.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to drive deal closures and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.




- Proven experience in IT service or B2B sales (experience in software testing or QA domain sales).
- Ability to understand basic technical concepts related to software development and testing processes.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, email outreach, and lead management systems
- Familiarity with GitHub, Jenkins, and JIRA.
- Good knowledge of DB testing (SQL queries).
- Solid communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional pods.
