The role ensures adherence to production schedules, quality standards, manpower optimization, documentation control, workplace safety, and continuous improvement initiatives while achieving departmental productivity and delivery targets.

Requirements





- Diploma / Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in assembly operations within a manufacturing setting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of enclosure assembly processes and production coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production reporting.
- Experience in Electrical Panel Board or Enclosure Manufacturing Industry.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, ERPNext, Oracle, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
