*About the Role:*

We are looking for an energetic and people-friendly HR Recruiter Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Sourcing candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala

- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates

- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers

- Conducting initial HR phone screening

- Maintaining candidate database in Excel / ATS

- Posting jobs on job portals and social media

- Assisting in onboarding formalities

*Skills Required:*

- Good communication skills in English & Hindi/Telugu

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets

- Interest in HR and Recruitment

- Solid interpersonal skills and confidence

- Pursuing / Completed MBA HR, BBA, or any graduate
