Education B.Sc. IT/Computer Science, BCA, B.E./B.Tech (IT/Computer Science), or MCA.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 application support and troubleshoot application-related issues.
- Write and execute SQL queries to retrieve, validate, and analyse data.
- Perform database-level troubleshooting to identify data discrepancies and application issues.
- Monitor application performance and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Analyse error logs, investigate recurring issues, and identify root causes.
- Manage incident tickets, service requests, and escalations within defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with development, database, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.
- Perform basic data validation, updates, and backend checks as authorised.
- Support application testing, bug verification, and deployment activities.




- Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting steps, and incident reports.
- Follow established IT service management processes and data security guidelines.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Preferred qualifications: B.Sc. IT/Computer Science, BCA, B.E./B.Tech (IT/Computer Science), or MCA.
- Candidates with a relevant IT diploma and hands-on SQL/application support experience may also be considered.
