Responsibilities

- Deliver concept-based, differentiated lessons adhering strictly to the Cambridge Curriculum frameworks and assessment guidelines (Primary, Checkpoint, IGCSE, AS/A Levels).
- Foster critical thinking, inquiry, research skills, and real-world problem-solving inside the classroom.




- Plan and execute formative and summative assessments aligned with Cambridge mark schemes, past paper analysis, and learner portfolios.
- Integrate educational technology, digital tools, and laboratory experiments into regular instructional practices.
- Guide students in Cambridge examination preparation, coursework, and practical/fieldwork requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive learner tracking data and conduct constructive parent-teacher conferences.
- Mentor students in international events, Model UN, IAYP, student councils, and academic olympiads.

Qualifications & Candidate Profile

- Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in the relevant subject area (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.A., M.A., B.Tech, etc.).
- B.Ed. or international teaching certification (e.g., CIDTT / CICTL / PGCE) is highly preferred.
- Experience: Mandatory: Minimum 2-5+ years of active teaching experience in a recognized Cambridge International / CAIE / IGCSE school.
- Thorough familiarity with Cambridge syllabi, command words, marking schemes, and examination standards.
- Experience with Cambridge Stage / Checkpoint / IGCSE board evaluations is an added advantage.
- Mobility & Relocation: Must be ready to relocate to Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
