Role & responsibilities

- Lead and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability and plant uptime.
- Manage maintenance of all production machinery, utilities, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, compressors, DG sets, EOT cranes, and plant infrastructure.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA), implement corrective actions, and reduce recurring equipment failures to improve reliability and productivity.
- Plan, monitor, and control maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor/contractor performance to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Lead installation, commissioning, relocation, and upgradation of machinery and plant equipment to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, environmental, and quality requirements while promoting secure maintenance practices across the plant.
- Develop and lead the maintenance team through training, performance management, TPM initiatives, continuous improvement projects,



and achievement of maintenance KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
