Experience

- 3-4 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Client Servicing, Film Production Coordination, Location Management, or a related field.
- Experience in handling customers professionally and patiently.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination and convincing skills.

Knowledge and Skills





- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is mandatory.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP is preferred.
- Robust customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple activities and priorities simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with internal departments, production teams, and external customers.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu is mandatory.
