Responsibilities

Business Development

- Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation and client acquisition.
- Coordinate with prospective clients for meetings, proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial documents.
- Maintain client databases, lead trackers, sales pipelines, and business development records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support business growth and client requirements.

MIS Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on leads, sales, revenue, targets, and business performance.
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyse business data for management reporting.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers using MS Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other reporting tools.
- Track business targets, actual performance, variances,



and follow-up actions.
- Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and proper documentation.
- Use Power BI and CRM tools for reporting and analysis, wherever applicable.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and MIS reporting.
- Knowledge of Power BI and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Positive analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
