Job Summary

What you will experience in this position:

- Lead production planning and stores operations to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing and on-time customer deliveries.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand, optimize resource utilization, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive cross-functional coordination with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to support business objectives.
- Customer order booking sharing delivery commitment considering process RM lead time.
- Preparation of daily machine-wise production plan in ERP system.
- Release production orders and travel sheet to work centers as per schedules.
- Obtain daily output information (number of finished products against plan etc.).
- Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders.
- Preparation of material requirement plan based on LOB.
- Daily basis monitor OEE, OTIF and operational efficiency.
- Chase the concerned departments to deliver parts according to the plan.
- Preparation of material requirement sheet according to the bill of material (BOM)



sharing on monthly basis to purchase.
- Analyze production and inventory metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost, and service levels.

Requirements

- University graduate (Mechanical, Automobile.)
- Previous experience of 8-10 Years in Production Material Planning and Warehouse Management will be preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP SAP, BI systems
- Ability to understand production processes, cycle time, estimate product takt time, work to deadlines, and orientation towards problem-solving;
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and results;
- Able to communicate effectively with people from production, sales and back office levels.
