We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Junior Buyer to join our team in the Technology & AI Sourcing department. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sourcing and procurement, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and coordinate the procurement process for technology and AI-related products and services.

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives and goals.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.

Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of sourcing principles and practices,



including procurement laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other procurement software applications.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
