- Manage accounts receivable and customer outstanding balances.
- Drive timely collections and recovery of overdue payments.
- Prepare and monitor customer-wise ageing reports.
- Track payment commitments and follow up with customers.
- Monitor credit limits and escalate high-risk accounts.
- Resolve payment disputes in coordination with sales.
- Prepare collection reports and cash-flow forecasts.
- Reduce overdue receivables and improve working capital.
