Job Description
We are hiring experienced sales professionals for an international voice process. Candidates should have strong communication, sales, upselling, and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from international customers.
- Identify sales opportunities and recommend suitable products or services.
- Drive sales, upselling, and revenue generation.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Support collection-related activities wherever required.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Sales or International Sales.
- Experience in Sales,
Upselling, and Collections is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and convincing skills.
- Valuable computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
Shift Timings
- 5:00 PM 2:00 AM
- 2:30 AM – 11:30 AM
