Role: AI Automation Specialist Job Level: Junior Preferred Education: B.E./B.Tech (any branch), B.Sc./M.Sc. (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science), BCA/MCA or equivalent Required Experience: 0-2 years

Responsibilities

- Map departmental processes, identify repeatable tasks, and design AI-assisted workflows that integrate LLMs with systems such as SAP Business One, email, Slack, and spreadsheets.
- Develop, test, and version prompt-chains; maintain an internal prompt library and implement guardrails, error handling, and human-review loops.
- Conduct hands-on AI workshops, create training materials (guides, videos, cheat-sheets), and coach AI Champions within each department.
- Liaise between business users and IT/SAP teams, monitor automation performance, drive adoption, and report progress to leadership.
