Job Title: IT Recruiter RPO (Client Deployment)
Location: Navalur
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for client requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage offer rollouts.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and meet recruitment targets.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Required Skills:
- 0-6 months of IT recruitment experience.
- Exposure in end-to-end IT hiring.
- Experience in client coordination and stakeholder management.
- Positive communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
