Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) with 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Pega BPM, Case Management, Integrations, and application architecture, along with a proven track record of delivering scalable and high-quality solutions.

- Pega PRPC Development (Pega 7.x/8.x)

- Case Management & Business Process Management (BPM)
- Integration Services (REST, SOAP, Kafka)
- Pega Rules, Flows, Data Pages, Activities, Decision Tables
- UI Development (Sections, Harnesses, Portals)
- Pega Security and Performance Tuning
- Debugging and Production Support
- Agile/Scrum Methodology

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications based on business requirements.
- Build and configure workflows, case types, business rules, and user interfaces.
- Develop integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and messaging services.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices.




- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
- Optimize application performance and maintain system stability.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Pega CSA/CSSA/LSA Certifications
- Experience with Customer Service Framework (CSF) or Smart Investigate
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD)
- Insurance, Banking, Healthcare, or Telecom domain experience

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Pega Development.
- Strong understanding of Pega architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) - Mandatory
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)
- Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) - Preferred
