Intezine is at an inflection point. The corporate interiors market is opening up rapidly, and our design function is due for a reliable upgrade in thinking, systems and leadership. We are looking for a Design Manager who does not just manage designs, but rebuilds and elevates a design department.

This is a strategic design leadership role, not a coordination job. You will work closely with clients, founders and execution teams, and you will have the freedom to set design direction rather than just follow briefs.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the shift towards modular, scalable and contemporary design solutions for corporate workplaces.
- Bring in the latest workplace trends, global references and practical innovation.
- Build, mentor and lead a fresh, high-performing design team from the ground up.
- Define and implement design processes, systems, standards and review mechanisms.
- Own design conversations with corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Ensure designs are aesthetically strong, execution-friendly and commercially sensible.




- Work closely with project, procurement and execution teams so design intent translates to site.

Desired candidate profile

- Proven experience in corporate / commercial interior design is essential.
- A designer who thinks systems and strategy, not only layouts.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, management and project teams.
- Hands-on exposure to team building, design review and standards-setting.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3ds Max or Revit, and presentation tools.
