Job Description

AroundHI Solutions is hiring an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our clients across the US and Canada.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for contract and full-time positions.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Dice, and other platforms.
- Coordinate technical screening, interviews, offers, and candidate follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through active networking across online platforms (LinkedIn,



professional communities, etc.) and offline channels (industry events, networking meetups, referrals, and professional associations).

Technical Hiring Experience

Software Development, Cloud/DevOps (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data, QA, Salesforce, ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage Intacct), MuleSoft, WMS, PSA, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Solution Architects.

Requirements

- 5+ years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in US/Canada staffing.
- Strong technical sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Experience hiring W2, C2C, 1099, T4, and full-time professionals.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment.
