Roles and Responsibilities:

General HR:
Support HR head by being point of the contact for the employees and managers for the business.
Coordinate with department managers to schedule interviews




Manage the Joining formalities and on boarding
Contact references and perform background checks
Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
Recruitment:
Sourcing for quality resumes and conduct initial HR round, judge suitability of the candidates with reference to work culture & environment, salary expectations.
Preparation of Offer, Appointment, Confirmation and Appraisal/Increment letters.
Maintaining the recruitment tracker for all open positions
Regular follow up with the respective managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of
recruitment process
Should maintain the employee database & salary slips with the documentation for Our Company.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection
Process.
Oversee recruitment and hiring process.

Desired Qualification:
Masters degree in Human Resources Management or other related fields.(Only MBA)
