Key Responsibilities

- Quality Assurance & Control: Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures, ensuring

construction complies with approved drawings, IS codes, and safety standards.

- Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of civil works (reinforcement, shuttering,

concreting) and finishing works (plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting).

- Material Testing: Verify quality of incoming materials (cement, steel, blocks) and coordinate

with labs for testing.

- Documentation: Prepare and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Checklists, and Non-

Conformance Reports (NCRs).

- Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to rectify

defects.

- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and implement improvements to elevate





overall project quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years in quality control within real estate, specifically in high-rise or

residential/commercial projects.

- Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of construction methods, RCC structure, and

finishing works.

- Tools & Codes: Familiarity with IS codes, quality testing procedures, and ERP software.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and team management abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in high-rise building projects.
- Ability to manage multiple sites efficiently.
- Proactive in implementing preventative actions.
