The BDM will be responsible for driving the growth of Home Loans and Personal Loans. This role involves managing a field sales team, a telecalling unit, and building strategic partnerships with builders, chartered accountants, and connectors.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives and Telecallers to meet monthly disbursement targets.Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads for Home Loans (HL) and Personal Loans (PL)
Relationship Management: Build a network with builders, real estate agents, and HR heads of corporates for bulk loan processing.
Funnel Management: Monitor the sales funnel from "Lead to Disbursement",ensuring minimal drop-offs.
Compliance: Ensure all sales practices align with the partner banks and the company's ethical guidelines.
