Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for multiple client requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other job portals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups and offer negotiations.
- Work on permanent staffing / FTE hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely profile submissions.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and achieve recruitment targets.

Required Skills

- 15 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with a staffing or recruitment consulting firm.
- Positive understanding of IT skills and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Experience in domestic IT hiring and permanent staffing.




- Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidates

- Recruiters with experience in IT staffing or recruitment consultancies.
- Candidates based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods.
