Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements and resolve issues.
- Follow up on customer requests, project updates, and service-related concerns.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM data regularly.
- Ensure timely communication and high customer satisfaction.




- Support after-sales service and customer feedback management.

Required Skills

- B.E./B.Tech in any engineering discipline or an MBA graduate from a recognized institution.
- Freshers or candidates with 02 years of experience in CRM, customer service, customer support, sales coordination, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Good coordination, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
