Qualification:

Graduate (or) BE / B.Tech

Work Experience:

12-15 Years of Experience in Fleet Operations preferably in Bus fleet operating companies.

- To handle all depot operational activities of Fleet on daily basis.
- Identifying data sources & collecting data.
- Ensuring on timly Fleet Management as per the schedule.
- To ensure SOP s are being followed.
- Laisioning with Govt Department / Customers/Clients etc
- Supervising Regular fleet maintance and 247 alert based monitoring.
- Coordinating with vendors and clients and monitoring their performance on regular basis
- Closely monitoring the fleet/Driver/Route Management
- Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local and state rules and regulations
- Develop and implement standard operational in standards to maintain vehicle by advocating company objectives.




- Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings and meeting with drivers.
- Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer s complaints.
- MIS reporting
- Efficiently managing a team of drivers and vehicles
- Being the first point of contact for all drivers
- Valuable communication skills and analytical skills
- Time management skills and great knowledge of vehicles.
