We are looking for a Sales & Application Engineer to join a global leading adhesive solutions company.

Position Details

Position: Sales & Application Engineer

Experience: 25 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma (Only Mechanical)

Location: Bengaluru/Delhi/Chennai/Gujurat/Coimbatore/Maharastra

Key Responsibilities

- Handle technical sales and application engineering activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Visit customer plants/sites to understand applications and requirements.
- Handle OEM and industrial customers.
- Conduct product trials, testing and technical discussions.
- Coordinate with production/technical teams to resolve application-related issues.
- Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Manage enquiries, quotations, orders and customer follow-ups.

Key Requirements





- 2 - 9 Years of experience in Technical Sales / Sales Engineering / Application Engineering.
- Solid combination of Technical + Application + Sales experience.
- Experience handling industrial/OEM customers.
- Exposure to product trials, testing and application-based solutioning.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in a field-based role.
- Stable career history preferred.
