Responsibilities:

- Manage SAP HANA administration, installation, patching, and upgrades.




- Perform backup, recovery, and database performance optimization.
- Monitor system health, alerts, memory, CPU, and database performance.
- Handle critical incidents and outages while adhering to SLA/KPI requirements.
- Support high availability and disaster recovery environments.
- Drive root cause analysis, technical troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with global teams and contribute to process improvements.

Preferred Profile:

- Strong experience in SAP HANA Administration.
- Good understanding of Linux operating systems.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Customer-focused approach with ability to work in a support setting.
