Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager to lead enterprise IT support, infrastructure management, and end-user computing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in on-premises infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity and access management, endpoint administration, IT security, and service delivery.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure business continuity, maintain high service levels, strengthen security and governance, and drive operational efficiency through automation and standardization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end IT operations, infrastructure management, and technical support across the organization.
- Manage multi-tier IT support teams and ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and escalations.
- Maintain enterprise infrastructure across on-premises environments, Active Directory, endpoints, and Microsoft 365.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, user management, email security, and collaboration tools.
- Ensure high availability, infrastructure reliability, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Implement and maintain IT security policies, access controls, endpoint security, and incident response processes.
- Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM), user provisioning, access reviews, and deprovisioning.
- Monitor and report service performance against agreed SLAs,



KPIs, and operational standards.
- Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to streamline IT administration and reduce manual effort.
- Drive IT process improvements, documentation, standardization, and operational best practices.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, licensing, procurement, and infrastructure lifecycle planning.
- Monitor infrastructure costs, optimize resource utilization, and support annual IT budgeting.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align IT services with business requirements.
- Establish and maintain IT governance, asset management, change management, and compliance controls.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, enterprise IT support, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing enterprise IT environments and end-to-end support operations.
- Strong knowledge of on-premises infrastructure, Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and endpoint management.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, particularly Exchange Online.
- Positive understanding of IAM, authentication, authorization, access governance, and enterprise security.




- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation for IT operations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL-based service management, incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Experience managing support teams, service providers, vendors, and escalations.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery, business continuity, disaster recovery, patch management, and infrastructure monitoring.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, or security.
- ITIL certification or equivalent service management qualification.
- Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, endpoint security, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with IT asset lifecycle management, licensing optimization, and vendor contract management.
